Subsurface Utility Engineering

QLH offers Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) services including:

QLH uses the standards set forth in the ASCE Standard Guidelines for the Collection and Depiction of Existing Subsurface Utility Data, 2003, (CI/ASCE 38-02) and Florida Department of Transportation Utilities Accommodation Guide to provide these SUE services. For Quality Level A services, QLH uses Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) and vacuum excavation technologies to locate and identify underground utilities.

QLH also uses the latest Geographic Information Systems (GIS), GPS and CADD to provide the required SUE deliverable work products.
